Schools

In order for schools to develop students ready for a globalised and complex world, both teachers and students (and not just students alone!) need to develop 21st century competencies such as self-awareness, responsible decision-making, effective self and relationship management.

Student leaders will need to develop authentic selves, who are respected by their teachers and peers, rather than develop a glossy, superficial image which will not stand up to scrutiny in a scholarship interview room or the workplace when they start working.

Leadership Presence conducts the following workshops for both teachers and aspiring young leaders:
1. Developing the Leader in You
2. Presentation & Facilitation Skills
3. Interviewing Skills & Assessment Centres for potential scholarship holders

Possessing a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from King’s College London, Linette as a former Public Service Commission Scholar (Teaching) is equipped to conduct interactive workshops designed for effective learning and development.

She has also conducted workshops for teachers in Bangkok and Medan on engaging the students using interactive classroom methodologies.

She was formerly an adjunct Practicum Supervisor for the Singapore National Institute of Education to be a supervisor of trainee teachers for their teaching practice.
